Submission Instructions
Please complete the following form to finalize your Yearbook Dedication order.
Please note, the message entered into the box labeled "Your Personalized Dedication" will appear in your Yearbook Dedication in the yearbook.
For all all Dedications, pictures will be limited as follows:
NOTE: To ensure space for others, the maximum dedication size per student is one full page.
Please only submit the appropriate number of photos based on the size of Dedication you purchased. If more photos are submitted than the number specified above, yearbook staff will determine which photos will be included in the yearbook.

- 1/4 Page - 1-2 Photos
- 1/2 Page - 1-4 Photos
- Full Page - 1-10 Photos
