School Improvement Plan
Our SIP, or School Improvement Plan, is the guiding document that charts our course towards the ideal OVCA. This document contains countless hours of self study, workshops, analysis, and observation that outlines the future of our school. Our accreditation agencies (WASC and ACSI) depend on this document to measure our growth and development as they continually analyze OVCA and certify our programs. The long-term decisions we make are largely based upon the goals outlined in OVCA's SIP.
