EXPRESS Enrollment

Express Enrollment for returning families begins February 1st!
Take advantage of the incentives and ensure your child has a seat saved in fall classes for the coming school year.
Express Enrollment gives our returning families the first opportunity to reserve seats in our fall classes. All you need to do is follow steps 1, 2, and 3 below. Seats will be automatically reserved until March 1st when Open Enrollment begins. After March 1st, any remaining open seats are assigned on a first come, first served basis. We do anticipate full classes this fall, so don’t delay.

Getting Started: Review your Information

Prior to starting the Express Enrollment process, please take a moment to review your profile data on Headmaster Online. This will ensure that all forms will be prepared with accurate information and that all notifications are sent to the correct addresses.

Log onto Headmaster Online from the link to the right.
Click on the "My Profile" Tab next to the "Overview" tab.
Review each family member and update any necessary profile information.

CONFIRM

After you review your information, Check Your Re-Enrollment Box to Confirm Your Enrollment.
Log onto Headmaster Online from the link below.

Navigate to the "Enrollment" drop-down menu in the main navigation bar and select "Re-Enrollment."
Then click the appropriate box(es) for your child(ren) to indicate that you would like to confirm your child's seat in our fall classes.
Click "Submit."

Your registration fee will be added to your FACTS account within a few business days once you complete this step.

Make Your Registration Payment to Reserve Your Child's Seat.
Log into FACTS TUITION MANAGEMENT ONLINE from the link below.

From your "Overview" page, click the green “Make Payment” button. NOTE: 2017-2018 Registration will be reflected in the “Incidental Billing” category.
From the “Select a Term to Pay” drop down menu, chose “2017-2018 School Year”. Then, finalize your registration payment.

Once your registration fee is paid you will be prompted via email to complete step 3.

FACTS Tuition Management

COMPLETE

Complete Your ONLINE Forms Packet.
Check your email for your ONLINE FINANCIAL AND REGISTRATION FORMS PACKETS.

Once you have completed step 2, you will receive your forms packet via email within a few business days.
Click the link in your forms email and follow the instructions for signing and submitting your forms.

That's it! If any additional information is needed, the school office will contact you.
