About Mr. McAllister
I graduated from UC San Diego in 2011 with a Master's of Education and a California teaching credential with an emphasis in elementary mathematics. Prior to that I earned a BA in Human Development, also from UCSD. After graduation, I moved to Caracas, Venezuela, where I taught at an international Christian school. My first year I taught 3rd grade, and my second year I taught a 5th/6th grade combination class.
I'm originally from here in Southern California, so it's great being back in San Diego. In my free time I can be found running, reading, cooking, and hanging out with my lovely wife, Yvette.

I find this video to be helpful in explaining what makes our school who we are. This may answer some questions or offer insight into what we offer and why we educate in the way that we do.
